Solid pizza place offering dine-in, take out, and delivery to Portland and parts of Falmouth Ordered a cheese calzone to dine in and it came out promptly with plenty of cheese and some sauce, with crisped cheese on top and marinara sauce on the side. Both nice touches! Service was pleasant, plenty of places to sit and lots of sun coming through the windows. I've had better pizza, but this is a solid option for Portlanders.
Have been a fan of PHOP for a number of years but only order from occasionally due to the high cost. We hardly ever eat in but can say that they are usually packed on Friday nights with families having pizza for dinner. Decor is Italian in nature. Placing our order online this time was so simple and easy. When calling in an order they have been friendly and helpful. Ordered a large 16" with bacon, hamburger, and mushrooms. One pizza came to $35 with taxes, delivery and tip. For two people with a slice left over isn't too bad. No pictures this time
I can't say enough about PHOP. There are so many pizza/sub shops to choose from. I come here because you can see, taste and feel the difference. David the GM and his staff are super friendly and the food is a notch above the competition. In the kitchen, every second counts. In the food, every detail matters as well. Whether it be using premium sliced Kalamata olives instead of having a pit to spit out, or even using different types of lettuce in the salads...that's real hospitality going the extra mile. The vibes are genuine and fun as there are games to play at each table as well.

The food was fabulous. The pizza crust was amazing. I had the antipasto salad and it was one of the best I've ever had. The staff was very friendly. It was clean and we will go back!
We had a pizza and some sides delivered. Pizza was good! Fries were crispy (and good), cheese bread sticks good as well. Cannot speak for service because I used the app 2dinein so all I can say is the food arrived hot! Ambience I cannot speak to either because this was for a delivery. Hope to check this place out in person one day!
